William O'Brien State Park

On January 14th, 2012, Arika's class went to William O'Brien state park where they were continuing to learn about the animals of Minnesota.  It was a wild, cold, day but we managed to fit in learning more about animals, making clay molds of animal tracks, and ink stamps of animal tracks.  Then we trekked into the park to go see a beaver lodge, and we saw some animal tracks in the snow.  We heard a seasonal story and ended with a big hot dog and marshmellow roast!  Totally fun day!
