Things My Kids Do

Here are some cute radom pictures from early spring.

The girls and I like to go on the walking path, I walk they ride in a wagon or ride bikes.

We go to the bridge over Hwy. 97 and wave at the cars going by and then we walk back.

The girls drew a picture on a dry-erase board of what they would look like in armor as knights.  Arika's is in blue on the left, Leah's on the right in black.

I walked in on the girls brushing teeth like this! They are so silly sometimes, but very loving!

End of Pre-School Picnic

The Pre-Schoolers had an end of year picnic at Beltz Park, it was threatening to rain, but a least they were able to get in some outdoor play in before we had to go inside for the rest of the picnic. What great times with friends!

Father's Day!

Daddy had a wonderful Father's Day.  He received cards from the girls, he asked them to trace their hands, but they decided to trace their feet instead.  He also received a homemade hat from Leah.  It was super cool!  Finally he received a Soda Stream Soda maker from Mommy and the girls.  Daddy loves his kitchen gadgets!

Ella and Haley's Birthday Party

Good friends Ella and Haley share the same birthday!  So Leah and Arika were invited to their friends' joint birthday party at friend Kristin Johnson's pool.  The cake was beautiful and was made by another Mom's club friend Lisa Nordstrom.

Taylor's Birthday Party

Arika got invited to her first birthday party for one of her friends at school.  She had a great time at Eagle's Nest play area.  She played with Taylor, and other good friends Madelyn, and Aubrey.

Arika's Spring Program 2011

Arika had a wonderful Spring Pre-School Program.  Her class sang many songs including 10 little birdies, Love Somebody, and Praise Him.  She dressed up in a beautiful dress and did a great job singing!

Pretty as a picture!

Arika's New 'Do!

Arika decided that she didn't like her hair being tangled and she wanted to try a shorter hair cut.  It turned out soooo cute!  She looked absolutely adorable.  It only lasted a few months before she said she wanted to grow it out again.  But it was sweet while it lasted.

Columbus Carnival

Springtime brings local school carnivals!  Lots of fun to be had.  We experienced Mino races, dunk tanks, cotton candy, and even....snake petting!

Arika is jumping up and down because she just dunked the teacher into the dunk tank! That's my girl!

"Hi Mom! I'm doing the cake walk!"

Hot shots!
