Boots

We added a member to the family.  Our apartment neighbors "rescued" a kitten that they thought was abandoned.  But once they got him home they had second thoughts about keeping him.  Ray and I had been discussing getting the girls their own kitten and so after checking him out, to make sure he wasn't wild and rabid, (he wasn't) we decided to adopt him.  We chose three names I picked "Boots", Daddy wanted "Pickles",  and Leah wanted "Sweetie".  Arika hadn't picked a name so she chose from the three choices.  Boots it was and is.  He is a very sweet little boy kitten who took to Leah right away.  We don't know how long he was outside not being looked after, but now the only danger to him is being snuggled to death! He loves Leah and jumps in her arms as soon as she comes home from school.  Also he loves to sleep with her.  So sweet.  Aquired and taken around August 20th of 2011.
